Cayce Golf is looking for a motivated individual to take on a unique remote sales position on our team. Gain valuable e-commerce/startup experience at a quickly growing local brand. On a day to day basis you are responsible for researching potential new clients and performing cold outreach to sell our lineup of custom products. You will be helping to create memorable timepieces and experiences for our clients.
What Success Looks Like
- Successfully researching decision makers and performing cold outreach.
- Manage current custom customer satisfaction, making sure every customer understands how important they are to the success of our business.
- Manage Cayce Golf’s custom production schedule, ensuring all orders receive timely delivery.
- Accurately track custom orders from inception to delivery
- Run weekly sales reports
- Very comfortable with online tools. The technology we use includes Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Shopify, Email. You’ll spend a lot of time in Sheets!
- Helping create and manage the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), constantly trying to improve and make things more efficient.
- Adept at switching between multiple tasks typical of a small company environment.
- No work on weekends or Holidays!
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- 1-3 years of sales experience, must include phone-based experience cold calling and closing deals
- Passion for Golf
- Demonstrable Sales Knowledge
- Excel/Sheets Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Preference for experience in high-velocity, quick changing startups
